A Big Hello, and Happy New Year to all everyone,

I hope that you had a good break and that you're getting back into the swing of things.  All this snow isn't helping though is it!  Right from my car not starting on Monday morning, because of the cold, through to schools being closed and roads being too slippery to drive along, we have been sent this weather to test us!

At the office we're dong our best to keep on top of things and let our clients know if their cleaner is struggling to get to them.  In some cases we can arrange cover, and in others our clients are happy just to wait for the thaw.  We try to keep in touch just to keep you up to date on what’s happening.

I'd like to say a big thank you to our clients for their understanding in these unusual weather conditions, and to our cleaners for their efforts.  Also a special thanks to Michelle and Irene in the office who are keeping on top of things at this end.
