Weekly Home Cleaning: Same Cleaner, Same day, Same Home, Every Week
All of our housekeepers are experienced cleaners. They will treat your home with respect, like it is their own. You will not have to worry about teams of cleaners coming into your home while you're at work. We assign one housekeeper to take care of all of your cleaning needs. We don’t rush! If you have booked us for a 3 hour clean, our lady will stay for 3 hrs and work through the jobs you would like her to do. If you need your fridge cleaned, or beds changed, we will be happy to take care of it. We'll even do your ironing!
We have put together a list of standard jobs in a home. Most of clients will not have all these jobs completed each week. You communicate directly to your assigned cleaner and let her know which jobs you would like her to complete.
Can I have a cleaner Fortnightly?
Yes! We have a minimun of 2 hrs a week or 3 hrs a fortnight.
Are your cleaners happy to do ironing?
Yes. Let us know that you would like a cleaner who is a specified ironer, and we will make sure you recieve one of our ladies who is skilled and quick! This is at no extra cost.
Can my cleaner come evenings or at the weekend?
Yes they can. If you need a cleaner to come outside of normal working hours just let us know when we are arranging you clean and we will allocate you a cleaner who is happy to work these hours.
Will your cleaners change beds?
Yes. No problem. Many of our cleaners have previously worked in hotels or hospitals and are excellent at making beds to a high standard.
What will happen if my floor is messy with toys, or the kitchen surfaces aren't cleared
No problem! We specialise in cleaning residential homes and a lot of our clients have young children or are busy professinals who have to rush out the house without being able to clear up behind them.
